How to Proceed.
If you're like most families, you probably have a wealth of artwork to choose from. If you have already decided on the piece or pieces you want, we just need the art. Or, if you would like some help in deciding which artwork would be best suited for enlargement on canvas, you can send us a range of work. Everything will be returned in the same condition it was received.
We can deal with high resolution jpegs via e-mail or faxed copies of line work. Sending us the original artwork will, of course, insure the most accurate reproduction. Be sure to send the work with a tracking number. If you are not sure how to best package the work for safe shipping, we can look at the work on line or by fax and recommend the next steps.
An e-mail or phone is the best way to start. We can discuss the work, the young artist and any of your specific needs. A brief discussion about the kind of room and display area the work will be hanging in, the dimensions of wall space, even colors of walls and decor may be helpful.
Once we receive the work, we will correspond by e-mail with up to 3 of our artists concepts, as well as recommended sizes and dimensions. Each piece is individually curated, custom made to highlight the most advantageous size for the works shape and design. Size will also be based on the family's needs and requirements. Pricing is based on square inches following specific requests. If you have requested different colors or backgrounds, they too, will be available for viewing. The total cost will also be calculated, including stretching and framing. Shipping costs will vary based on size and weight.
Once you have decided on the piece and give your approval we will invoice you by e-mail and the process will begin. We invoice through our paypal account and work with your credit cards or by check.
